Shipping Policy

Layered Living Collections is a curated online shop. We do not ship from a physical storefront — all orders are fulfilled directly by our trusted vendors and makers.

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order is placed, it is sent to the vendor who prepares it for shipment.

Shipping Time Shipping times follow our standard delivery window of 5–10 business days. Some specialty or made‑to‑order items may ship toward the longer end of this window.

Shipping Rates Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the item’s weight, size, and your delivery location. Rates are shown before you complete your purchase.

Multiple Shipments Because our products come from different vendors, your order may arrive in separate packages. You will receive tracking information for each shipment.

Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking details. If your order includes multiple items, you may receive multiple tracking numbers.

Delivery Issues If a package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us and we will work with the vendor to resolve the issue promptly.

Shipping Restrictions Orders must ship to a physical address within the United States. We cannot ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Special Services Shipments requiring special delivery services (inside delivery, lift gate, etc.) may incur additional charges. We will notify you of any additional fees before shipping.

Domestic Shipping Only Layered Living Collections does not ship outside the United States.
