Refund policy

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if it is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can address the issue promptly.

All returns must be PRE-APPROVED by sales@layeredlivingcollections.com

To be eligible for a return, you must submit your request within 4 business days of delivery date. Items must be in their original condition—unused, with tags attached.

Save all packaging until order is resolved.

We’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

A 15% restocking fee, plus applicable shipping charges, will be applied to returned items that are non-defective or to any refused shipments.

Insufficient or improper packaging may cause damage during return transit, and we may deny credit if the item is not adequately protected.

Damages and issues
To receive credit or a replacement for a damaged product, sales@layeredlivingcolections.com must be notified within 4 business days of delivery. Photos of the damage may be requested.

Layered Living Collections is not responsible for replacing damaged or defective product if notification is not received by email within 4 business days.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Some items are non-refundable:   Wall Art items are produced as custom pieces exclusively for our website.

Handmade accessories naturally feature slight variations in finish, texture, and dye lot; these subtle imperfections are normal.

If an item is shipped incorrectly, Layered Living Collections will cover the return shipping costs and no restocking fee will apply.  Correct product will be sent.

Refund Process:
We will notify you once your return has been received and inspected. Refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
